Product Information
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, and the handmade nature of certain products.
Elegant Textures reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without notice.
Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
We currently accept payments via:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Direct Deposit (New Zealand customers only — please contact us for details)
Please note that we do not accept American Express.
For your security, Elegant Textures does not store customer credit card information.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Elegant Textures reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Elegant Textures is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information supplied at checkout.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside New Zealand, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority. Elegant Textures is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items; however, we do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Be packaged securely for return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless a replacement cannot be provided for a faulty item.
We recommend using a tracked courier service with signature confirmation, as Elegant Textures is not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Please allow up to 5 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed once received.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement, exchange, store credit, or other suitable resolution.

All content on the Elegant Textures website, including images, logos, branding, text, and designs, remains the property of Elegant Textures and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
