At ElegantTextures, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elegant-textures.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with signature confirmation, as ElegantTextures cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- An exchange
- Store credit
- A refund to your original payment method
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
